Sleeping accommodations include a master suite with 2 queen beds and en suite bath with separate shower and tub; second bedroom has 1 queen bed with an en suite bath (shower/tub combo).  The living room also has a full size futon.
Downstairs there is a convenient half bath.
 
The condo has patios on each level overlooking the beautiful spring-fed Comal River.  Both patios feature patio chairs and side tables.  The complex includes a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub.  There are also grills and picnic tables for outdoor cooking.
 
The door is equipped with a keypad lock, and guests receive their own personalized code. No need to check in anywhere, and no waiting on a property manager to bring you a key. Arrive, let yourself in, and make yourself at home!
 
A short 10 minute walk puts you in downtown New Braunfels with its many restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and plenty of shopping.  Easy drives to historic Gruene, the Hill Country, and San Antonio.
 
Parking for two vehicles is provided, including one covered reserved space and one uncovered unreserved space.  Tubing outfitters are nearby, or you can choose to float the Garden Street 30-minute easy float using your own tubes.
