Comal River Condominiums is a gated complex that sits on the beautiful banks of the Comal River. With the Comal River just steps away, guests can enjoy fishing, tubing, swimming, or even a peaceful stroll. This rental offers private access to the Comal River. Walking distance to restaurants, downtown, Schlitterbahn, and a short drive to Gruene, Texas!

Comal River 313 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum.
Master Bedroom: King
2nd Bedroom: Queen
Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa
Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more!
Enjoy grilling with family and friends at the property-provided BBQ pits located along the green private river access to the Comal River.

Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!

-Sitting on the relaxing banks of the Comal River you can get a 1.5 hour float in by jumping in on property and floating down to the last public exit (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) The walk back to CRC is about 15-20 minutes!
-Take advantage of the beautiful green area on property, bring some lawn chairs to sit and have a day on the riverbank with the convenience of staying on property for lunch and bathroom breaks.
-A quick 15-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler about 10-15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to either the CRC private riverbank (30min float) for a pitstop (make sure you’re wearing your property wristband!) or keep floating down to the last public exit, corner of S Union and Lincoln St for about a 2 hour float! The walk back to CRC is about 15-20 minutes!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill is only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Spud Ranch, Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive 6 wristbands (maximum occupancy) which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is a 10-15-minute walk, away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

2nd Annual Dude Golf/River Trip

"Great Location!! We got asked about it several times while on the river. Very clean, all the amenities you’d need, and was even available to us earlier than expected which was a huge benefit to our arrival day. It was our 2nd annual guy trip with my brother in law and nephews, and it’s the location we will return to each year now.

Great Stay!

"We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean. It did lack a large frying pan to cook breakfast. When I called the office, they sent someone out to us within an hour with a brand new frying pan. We were thankful. When we first got there, we could not get the TV to work. We finally figured it out. Before that, I called the office and maintenance. Both were responsive. The one thing about this particular unit that was very frustrating was the noise the icemaker made. At times it made a VERY LOUD KNOCKING noise. At night it was particularly frustrating since I slept on the couch several nights because I snore. I guess you could say it prevented me from snoring ... lol. I told the office, but no one ever came by to check it out. They did say it is a new refrigerator. But it definitely needs to be checked. Also, the knob on the front bedroom door is about to fall off. It needs more seating in the living area. We were 4 adults and 1 child, and one couch and one comfy chair wasn't enough. I didn't enjoy having to sit in a table chair to watch TV. Other than that our stay was great! I would definitely return.

"Grounds and location was very nice and convenient, but sidewalks and walkways were full of leaves and needed blowing off. Hard to keep inside clean when you walked though a wave of leaves.

Unit 313, Comal Condos

"Well located close to dpwntown which you can easily walk to. There were renters in the unit above us for two brief periods and on both occasions activity upstairs ( even walking about ) created a lot of noise in our unit. Sound proofing. Is not good. Otherwise we enjoyed staying in this condo, overall experience was good.
