This spacious and gorgeous unit is up to date with new, sleek appliances, a regular coffee maker, flat-screen televisions, granite countertops, and nice furnishings.
Grab the family and friends and jump on in the fun-filled water of the Guadalupe River or spend the afternoon relaxing in the beautiful pool.
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to walk to Rockin R (which is across the river) to rent their tubes and use their shuttle service.
If you enjoy music, dancing, great food, and shopping, then you will absolutely fall in love with this location and Gruene, Texas!
This property is within walking distance to Gruene Hall, Gruene River Grill, The Gristmill and various antique and boutique shops.
Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.
Pet-Friendly unit with the following fees:
$25/day/pet
$60 Pet Cleaning fee (this is for interior ONLY and NOT picking up after the dog in yard)
(This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging, and unreported housetraining accidents.)
$500 Pet Deposit 7-10 business days after your departure refunded back to the cc on file with no damages or violations.
*If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to add it to the message when booking, so we can apply pet fees.
Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot close to the front door of the condo while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is first-come, first-served in the lots across the street to the left. (where you park for Gruene Hall/The Gristmill)

While many of our properties adhere to a strict “No Pets” policy, a select number of our properties welcome dogs and are advertised as “Pet Friendly.” Any guest found with a pet in a property that is not pet friendly or approved will be required to vacate the premises without refund and with an automatic $500 fine to the credit card on file. This policy is strictly enforced as some property owners and guests have severe pet allergies and dander in a home listed as non-pet-friendly could cause serious health problems.

Unfortunately, the cost of everything is going up. We hate raising rates, but it’s necessary to do so when property taxes, occupancy taxes and utilities are raised. We are glad that you found Village at Gruene a very nice place and you had great experience! We have all of our properties listed on Air BnB to enhance bookings for our homeowners and we communicate with our Air BnB guests via our email, notifying the guests upon their booking on Air BnB when we call to confirm the reservation. As an added precaution for the company and for our guest's information, we have them sign our contract as well. Guest is provided all of our company's phone numbers including our 24 hour emergency/after hour phone number. An inquiry was sent via AirBnB after business hours on Friday. Had the guest called the provided after hours number, her question would have been answered immediately.
