This 6-unit, two-building triplex can accommodate up to 40 guests, making Twin River Villas perfect for large family reunions, special events, and retreats. If you book all 6 units, we are happy to give you 15% off of each unit's rental rate. Please call our office for this special.
*While the Twin River Villas is NOT directly on the river, it is a prime location next to and within walking distance to the Comal/Guadalupe Rivers, and Schlitterbahn!*
-Walk with your tubes and cooler about 10 minutes to Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the last public exit, corner of S Union and Lincoln St for about a 2 hour float! The walk back to Twin River Villas is about 12 minutes!
-A quick 10-minute walk down S. Union Ave to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Take a brisk 5-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent their tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill is only a 10-minute drive away!

Restaurants: Spud Ranch, Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.
Must be 23 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.
Pet-Friendly unit with the following fees: 2 pets max.
$25/day/pet
$60 Pet Cleaning fee (this is for interior ONLY and NOT picking up after the dog in yard)
(This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging, and unreported housetraining accidents.)
$500 Pet Deposit 7-10 business days after your departure refunded back to the cc on file with no damages or violations.
*If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to add it to the message when booking, so we can apply pet fees.
Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
This condo will receive 2 parking passes. Parking spots are unmarked and on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking is available across the street behind the Spud Ranch lot (make sure to ask/tell them) OR in the lot at the corner of N Union Ave and W. Commerce St. -about a 5-minute walk away from the complex.
Monthly Rates in our Low Season are available!
While many of our properties adhere to a strict “No Pets” policy, a select number of our properties welcome dogs and are advertised as “Pet Friendly.” Any guest found with a pet in a property that is not pet friendly or approved will be required to vacate the premises without refund and with an automatic $500 fine to the credit card on file. This policy is strictly enforced as some property owners and guests have severe pet allergies and dander in a home listed as non-pet-friendly could cause serious health problems.
