Twin River Villas is located within walking distance of Schlitterbahn, Prince Solms Tube Chute, downtown New Braunfels and just a short drive to historic Gruene. This rental is perfect for a quiet getaway!

This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo sleeps and allows 4 guests maximum.

Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more!
Enjoy grilling with family and friends on the BBQ pit located under gorgeous pecan trees.

Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!

This 6-unit, two-building triplex can accommodate up to 40 guests, making Twin River Villas perfect for large family reunions, special events, and retreats. If you book all 6 units, we are happy to give you 15% off of each unit's rental rate. Please call our office for this special.

*While the Twin River Villas is NOT directly on the river, it is a prime location next to and within walking distance to the Comal/Guadalupe Rivers, and Schlitterbahn!*
-Walk with your tubes and cooler about 10 minutes to Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the last public exit, corner of S Union and Lincoln St for about a 2 hour float! The walk back to Twin River Villas is about 12 minutes!
-A quick 10-minute walk down S. Union Ave to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Take a brisk 5-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent their tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill is only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Spud Ranch, Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Must be 23 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.

Pet-Friendly unit with the following fees: 2 pets max.
$25/day/pet
$60 Pet Cleaning fee (this is for interior ONLY and NOT picking up after the dog in yard)
(This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging, and unreported housetraining accidents.)
$500 Pet Deposit 7-10 business days after your departure refunded back to the cc on file with no damages or violations.
*If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to add it to the message when booking, so we can apply pet fees.

Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
This condo will receive 2 parking passes. Parking spots are unmarked and on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking is available across the street behind the Spud Ranch lot (make sure to ask/tell them) OR in the lot at the corner of N Union Ave and W. Commerce St. -about a 5-minute walk away from the complex.

Pet Friendly Rentals

While many of our properties adhere to a strict “No Pets” policy, a select number of our properties welcome dogs and are advertised as “Pet Friendly.” Any guest found with a pet in a property that is not pet friendly or approved will be required to vacate the premises without refund and with an automatic $500 fine to the credit card on file. This policy is strictly enforced as some property owners and guests have severe pet allergies and dander in a home listed as non-pet-friendly could cause serious health problems.

"Great place to stay within walking distance to the river and multiple tubing companies. Using the provided tube at the nearby park was nice. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and most everything you would need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place.

Great Place!!

"Great place near the Comal river and a bunch of tubing companies to float the river, as well as the tube shoot. There is plenty of parking, the check in was easy with the exception of the code to get in the door, which did not work. Luckily we were able to get an alternate code to get in. The place was clean, and comfortable for the 3 of us that were there and our 2 pets. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen provided everything needed while we were there. We utilized the BBQ pits and were easy to use and close by. There were 4 tubes provided which we were able to use at the tube shoot down the street and we only had to pay $2 to get in at the tube shoot park. I would stay here again and recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit New Braunfels and stay at a place close to the river.

Furniture Ripped and Stained but Great customer service

"The sleeper sofa had old stains and look dirty, The small recliner was ripped on the sides, The furniture in the bedroom was so dusty I avoided putting my purse on top. The customer service from the company was very good though.

"Enjoyed visiting, however, walls are too thin for barking dogs. Need to rethink the pet policy. The hound next store was constantly annoying.

Quick weekend get away

"We were very pleased with the rental at TRV. The place was very modern and very clean. Plenty of room for two adults and two teen boys. The location was great also. Our neighbors in the first unit were extremely loud and we were surprised how thin the walls were, made for a hard time sleeping. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much and would rent again for our next trip.

"It's a small one bedroom one bath unit but comfortable. A little small for a long term stay but okay for a few days for two people. Kitchen utensils needed attention, can opener didn't work, no top for coffee pot, just little things but overall comfortable for a short stay.

"It was nice the fridge was very clean I like that. the bed was a lil high my one year old sleeps with me so I was scared she was gunna fall off the whole time. The washer was really clean to but the dryer took a long time to get any thing dry. Over all good stay.
