Inverness 305 is a third-floor unit in the second building of an elevated 3-floor condominium complex that has both stairs and an elevator for easy access. The complex is located on the right-hand side of "The Other Place Drive" It's the 2 white buildings on stilts.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum.
Master Bedroom: King
2nd Bedroom: Queen
Livingroom: 2 Twin sleeping arrangement on L-shaped sofa.

Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more!
This unit offers Wifi and smart TV's for guests to log into personal streaming/cable channels.

Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!

Inverness at New Braunfels is on prime Comal Riverfront property with a large common area deck overlooking the Comal River and property pool.
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can jump in on property for a 20-minute float down to the last public exit, (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk 5 minutes back to the complex. Repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the Inverness private riverbank (about an hour and 45 minute float, make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) OR float passed Inverness to get out at the last public exit (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk back to Inverness (5min walk) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive 6 wristbands (maximum occupancy) which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot under the complex building while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the middle lot. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on-premises to ensure only guests of Inverness are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

"We stayed for an extended weekend and had such a relaxing stay. Location is awesome (right on the Comal) and is about 3 mins from every thing in town. Property was clean and well maintained. We never heard any noise from the hallways or neighbors so, we slept like rocks! Parking is very limited and is strictly enforced. Access to the property and amenities are also strictly enforced. You will be given wrist bands that must be worn during your stay. This was our second time staying at this property and we will stay here again the next time we head back to New Braunfels.

"We stayed at Inverness the last week of April, when we arrived the door code would not work. Maintenance was there within 30 minutes to change the code and let us in. The condo was cute and very clean. We had everything we needed. The location is great, not a lot of traffic but Schlitterbahn wasnt open yet. The beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet. It was so nice to have the tunes at our condo when we arrived! We would definitely stay here again!

"The condo has been updated with new furniture and appliances, decorated very nice, clean and fresh and was a pleasure to stay at. The pool was clean. Picnic area is awesome, maintenance people come clean up area every day. The site has security guard to keep watch. The river access is perfect. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay on the Comal River. River City Resorts made the whole process so easy and were very helpful answering questions and getting us set up. We've been staying here for many years and have used River City Resorts every time.

We know parking is very tight for guests at Inverness! When they built it, they were not thinking overnight rentals! There is only about 1.5 parking spaces for guests and offsite at our office or the Chamber of Commerce. It's location on the Comal though is outstanding!

Perfect place to spend your quick getaway

"The unit was very clean and comfy. Has everything you need from the kitchen to the toiletries. WiFi, cable/ movie options, balcony, pool. Schlitterban literally across the street! You even have access to the canal river right from your backyard, all in walking distance! Mind you, you’ll want to buy groceries. You’ll need to wear colored wrists bands to be on property otherwise be confronted buy armed security. Cons- to throw your trash you’ll need to walk a distance to dumpsters. Not good if you’re on top floor. Parking is a challenge.

Great place to stay

"I have stayed at Inverness once before but this unit is top of the line. The owners take great care of this unit and it is close to Schlitterbahn and my 2 favorite places to eat, Union Street and Pat's Place. We had 6 of us and it was a great fit! Love the couch and the roomy living room! Its decorated nicely and we had a great time here and it is well worth the money. Oh and the paddle boarding os right down the street, a plus. We enjoyed the view as well. All in all this is a fantastic place to stay and we will be staying again.

"We have been using River City Resorts to book our vacation stays in New Braunsfels for serveral years and have never had any problems. One year the AC wasn't cooling in the condo we were in. I called the maintenance number they provided and within 2 hours, a tech was there and had it fixed.

"We love New Braunfels. Location of the condo is perfect. The complex has a wonderful deck overlooking the river with lots of chairs and tables. The unit is great with beautiful decorating. A king bed in the master would be appreciated. The bathrooms are both showers only but well designed. There is no landline phone in the unit. Reliable internet service is needed.
