Camp Warnecke C203 is a second-floor/2-story unit with plenty of space and 2 beautiful balconies with amazing views.
The new owners have refurbished a majority of the interior with new flooring, lighting, and paint for the entire condo.

This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo sleeps and allows 8 guests maximum.
Master Bedroom: King
2nd Bedroom: Queen & Twin/Twin Bunk Bed
Livingroom: Queen Sleeper Sofa

Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more!
Property grills are located in between buildings and along gated roadside.

Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!

Camp Warnecke is on Comal Riverfront property with a Pool and Hot tub!
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 3 minutes over down the right-hand side of the Garden Street Bridge, float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) to get out and repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Camp Warnecke are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

Quiet, beautiful and fun.

"We needed a time to get away to quiet, beauty and fun. All 3 were found in this beautiful condo. Note: Schlitterbahn was closed since the season ended which made for a very quiet stay. If you want to walk to Schlitterbahn in season, then this is the best place to stay.

"Camp Warnecke is nice, in a great location right on the river. This particular condo is nicely updated, with room for six, a good kitchen and living space, and two balconies overlooking the river.

Loved Our Stay

"We loved our stay. Everything was perfect and just what we needed. We grilled out front and used the kitchen for all our meals. Enjoy sitting out back on the river to people watch. We had 3 kids age 11 12 and 13. And they enjoyed it as well!

Perfect Stay

"From booking to departure, river city resorts was accommodating and resourceful. The property is perfectly located on the Comal river with private access to and from the river. The condo is also conveniently located across the street from the Blastenhoff Schlitterbahn park. The property has a large pool and public BBQ pits for grilling. It also allows for 2 vehicles. The condo was clean, spacious, and supplied with essentials. I will definitely rent this property again.

"Property was clean and decorated perfectly! Family games, all the kitchen essentials, plenty of towels, bedding, extra blankets, and tubes! Easy booking, clear directions, and seamless checkout. Location was more than ideal and so close to everything. The views from the patios and the private access to the river made it even better! We had enjoyed our annual moms and sons trip and can’t wait to book here again. Our sons are 12 and 13 and enjoyed staying here too!

"Our stay was fantastic! Management very responsive. We had a funky smoke alarm intermittently going off and they were there very quickly to replace the battery. The unit is decorated nicely and the kitchen is equipped very well. We walked to New Braunfels a couple times. The view of the river from your deck is amazing. Beds are new and comfortable .

"We had a great stay. We are in our 70’s so tubing and sclitterhbahn weren’t on our to do list but if you are looking for those you can’t beat this place! We loved that it is walking distance to downtown new Braunfels. We loved that everything was brand new including the total remodel.
