River City Resorts uses creative and effective sources of marketing for all of our accommodations.
We are constantly developing and searching for various ways we can promote our company and resort rentals in a successful manner. Some examples of marketing tools are the Texas Hills magazine, Texas Monthly, Facebook, SeidelProperties.com, New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce, Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce, Taste of New Braunfels magazine, VRBO, Homeaway, Clearstay.com, FlipKey, Airbnb and more.As a company, River City Resorts is providing a subscription for HomeAway and VRBO to all of our owners. We feel that as a company, these advertising sites are important for business and offer great exposure for your properties! Additional marketing is also available through our reservation system, Escapia. Individual owners can choose to add either an annual subscription or pay per booking subscription for their condos or houses. We perform regular maintenance checks to ensure proper upkeep of all our properties. On a monthly basis we change out A/C filters, test thermostats/ smoke detectors, and change out batteries as needed. It is important that all our clients walk into a unit that is well kept with all items functioning properly.
Another key factor for us is property inventory and inspections. Our housekeeping inspects the property after each guest departs to ensure that we catch any damage, if caused, or missing items. We also perform walk-throughs behind housekeeping and use this as a checks and balance behind our housekeeping crew. We have high standards in regards to cleanliness so it is a great opportunity for our staff to walk behind a housekeeper to inspect not only the property condition but also the quality of work. We also perform annual inventory checks and deep cleanings which help ensure your property stays as clean as possible. Owners do have the choice of performing the cleanings themselves if that is preferred.
