Clayfest
Late October
The Texas Clay Festival in the Gruene Historic District, 4 miles north of New Braunfels, holds demonstrations and exhibits of over 50 Texas potters.
Comal County Fair
Late September
One of Texas’ oldest and largest county fairs with exhibits, carnival, rodeo and entertainment, held at the Comal County Fairgrounds.
Festtage
Celebrating the Holiday Season in Downtown New Braunfels, over 15 special events take place from mid November to mid December and include visits from Santa Clause, Saint Nicholas, and Cowboy Kringle.
Gruene Wine & Music Fest
Early October
A weekend of Texas Wine, Texas food and Texas music, hosted by Gruene Hall, the Grapevine and KNBT 92.1FM radio to benefit Hospice and United Way.

Wurstfest

This ten day celebration, rich in German culture and full of Texas fun, takes place the first week in November each year. Enjoy tasty sausage, strudel and potato pancakes, along with the finest in Alpine and Bavarian style entertainment.
